GETTING YOUR ORDER:  Upon receipt of placing your order on-line, we will ship all your products by Priority USPS, within 1 to 2 business days. Average Arriving Times: West Coast 2 to 4 business days, East Coast 4 to 7 business days.

RUSH ORDERS:  At this time, we do not do Rush Orders as all order ship only Priority USPS.

We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee, (except for Shipping and Handling costs, see details below).

PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO ENSURE A SMOOTH RETURN PROCESS:
– Notify Well Spring Herbs via e-mail within 30 days of receiving your product.
– Return the original item(s).
– Once we receive the item(s), we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
– If approved, a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be issued. If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
– NO credit will be issued, until the item is received by us.
– Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

We want you to be happy with our products. If this is your first time using an item and you have ordered more than 2 of the same product, please open only one to try it out.  If it doesn’t work for you, please return the one opened item along with all of the additional, unopened items.
Please note: WE WILL NOT REFUND MULTIPLE OPENED ITEMS OF THE SAME PRODUCT.  For example, if you ordered 5 bottles of Eliminator and open all of them, we will refund only one bottle.

THE ITEMS SENT DO NOT MATCH YOUR PACKING LIST:
– We take extreme care when packing your order. If a mistake was made, please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of item.
– Make sure you won’t be without herbs by immediately placing an order for the item(s) you need.
– Return the original item(s) unopened with the original packaging intact and also enclose the packing slip.
– Once we receive the wrong item(s), we will refund the total purchase price.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED/OPENED DURING SHIPPING:
Please double-check your order upon arrival.
– Please keep the items in the original packaging and notify us within 10 working days. Only claims made within 10 days will be considered.
– Make sure you won’t be without herbs by immediately placing an order for the item(s) you need.
– Return the original item(s), as is, with all of the original packaging.
– Once we receive the item(s), we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
– If approved, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days, which will  show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

ON ALL “DOWNLOADED” MEDIA/VIDEOS:
All “Downloaded”: Media/Videos are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are having any issues with downloading an item, please let us know and we will make sure that you get it.
